Absentee Voting for the March 15th Presidential

Preference Primary Election Available Soon

 

Greene County Clerk Shane Schoeller announced that absentee ballots will be available for those eligible voters who are unable to go to their regular polling place on March 15th starting next Tuesday, February 2nd. Any registered voter who desires to vote in this election will be able to choose one of the following certified ballots for the Democratic, Republican, Libertarian or Constitution Party to select the presidential candidate who they prefer to represent their respective party in the upcoming November 8th General Election.

 

Absentee ballots may be voted in the clerk’s office on the first floor of the Greene County Courthouse (Room 113), 940 N Boonville Ave, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the day before the election. Homebound or out-of-town voters may request an absentee ballot by mail, either handwritten or from the fillable form that can be found on our website. These requests must be signed by the voters and received in the clerk’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the election, March 09th. Mailed ballots must be voted, notarized, returned by mail, and received in the clerk’s office before 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.
